Multimodality vendor Siemens Medical Solutions this week signed two equipment purchasing agreements. In the first deal, the Iselin, NJ, company inked a five-year pact to supply its full product line to group purchasing organization Radiology Partners of Tampa, FL. Siemens believes that the deal could be worth $15 million to $20 million in annual sales over the life of the contract.
The second agreement covers the supply of CT scanners to imaging services firm Touchstone Medical Imaging of Brentwood, TN, which operates nine imaging centers in six states. Siemens pegged the value of the deal at about $5 million.
