Colorado MedTech exonerated in arbitration ruling

Medical products and outsourcing services firm Colorado MedTech said it has received a favorable judgment in binding arbitration filed by Victor Wedel against the company and one of its former directors. The arbiter found in favor of the Boulder, CO-based firm on all counts, and ruled that it has no liability.
