The American Stock Exchange has suspended trading of HealthCare Integrated Services’ common stock pending filing of the company’s 2001 10-K annual report. The action was taken because the Shrewsbury, NJ-based imaging center chain was unable to meet its filing deadline for the form.
The delay is attributed to a new independent auditor hired to review the group’s fiscal 2001 documentation. The documentation will be filed with Amex in the next few weeks, according to the company.
