Monitor manufacturer Image Systems reported fiscal fourth-quarter sales of $886,439, down 30.8% from the same period in 2001. For the quarter (end-April 30), the Minnetonka, MN-based company had net loss of $73,192. Annual sales slumped as well, with a total of $4.3 million, a 13.3% decrease from 2001. Overall, the company reported a loss of $.02 per common share in basic net income.
