Del Medical Systems parent Del Global Technologies has filed a notification of late filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission for its fiscal third-quarter report on Form 10-Q. The filing provides for an extension of five calendar days, and the Valhalla, NY-based vendor said it expects to be able to file its quarterly report on or before June 23.
