Chiropractic services provider Banyan has formed a new wholly owned subsidiary to enter the diagnostic imaging market.
The Los Angeles-based firm expects that the service, called Diagnostic USA, will enhance the capabilities of its chain of Chiropractic USA clinics. Banyan has also ratified a purchase agreement allowing Diagnostic USA to acquire up to a 40% interest in Diagnostic Solutions of America. That deal is expected to close before March.
