Healthcare products distributor SourceOne Healthcare Technologies and Shimadzu Medical Systems have inked a marketing and distribution agreement covering the U.S.
Under the deal, SourceOne gains nationwide rights to market and distribute a mobile x-ray system specifically manufactured by Shimadzu for SourceOne. Mentor, OH-based SourceOne will distribute the system nationally as Mobile Star II.
Mobile Star II is a cordless mobile x-ray unit designed to perform radiography examinations in remote locations away from a traditional radiography department, according to Shimadzu of Torrance, CA.
