GE Healthcare reported that it has signed a strategic purchase agreement with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston to provide cardiac imaging technology, according to the Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.-based vendor.
GE said it will provide Beth Israel with information technology and clinical imaging products, including its Vivid i and Vivid 7 cardiac ultrasound systems and the Centricity and Echo PACS. The firm said it will also provide Beth Israel with professional services for implementation and ongoing support for five years.
