Multimodality vendor GE Healthcare has won a contract to supply its imaging equipment to the government of Chile's Health Ministry.
The agreement includes three 1.5-tesla Signa Excite HD MRI scanners, four LightSpeed Ultra CT scanners, and an Innova 2100 flat-panel digital angiography system. The latter is the first Innova 2100 system installed in Latin America, according to the Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., company.
