Del Medical Systems Group of Del Global Technologies posted fiscal 2005 fourth-quarter (end-July 30) sales of $17.1 million, an 8.2% upturn compared with the $15.8 million in sales during the same period last year.
The Valhalla, NY-based group posted an improved operating income of $1.2 million from $936,000 in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2004, due primarily to lower selling expenses, the company said.
For the fiscal year, the company said that sales at the Medical Systems Group remained stable at $70.8 million from fiscal 2004. The firm did not break out fiscal 2005 net income figures for the medical systems group.
