Advanced BioPhotonics, Dartmouth sign research deal

Infrared imaging technology developer Advanced BioPhotonics has signed a research agreement with the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth Medical School department of surgery, according to the Bohemia, NY-based firm.

The facility will participate in the company's multicenter clinical trial investigating the use of its proprietary DIRI method of dynamic infrared imaging for mapping vascular perforator blood vessels in plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures, Advanced BioPhotonics said.
