Toshiba America Medical Systems has created an industry consulting panel that will allow customers to provide the firm with feedback.
Existing and prospective customers can join the panel to learn about online surveys that fit their interests or expertise; feedback from these surveys will then be used to gather opinions on new technology, identify customer training needs, and assess advertising, promotions, and trade shows, according to the Tustin, CA-based vendor.
Once participants sign up for the panel, Toshiba will send personalized e-mail invitations with appropriate surveys. Participants who opt in to the panel will receive an honorarium for each survey they complete, Toshiba said.
