Interventional device developer C. R. Bard said that Todd Schermerhorn, senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), will retire following a transition period that runs through August.
He will continue to serve as CFO until his successor is elected, according to Bard. Schermerhorn has been with Bard since 1985, when he joined the firm as a financial analyst.
