Bayer HealthCare announced it has acquired Pathway Medical Technologies via its affiliate, Medrad.
Pathway Medical Technologies makes products for the treatment of peripheral arterial disease, offering minimally invasive options that remove calcified and fibrotic plaque and restore circulation in the peripheral arteries, according to Bayer.
Bayer's purchase of Pathway enhances Medrad's range of product options for treating peripheral arterial disease, Bayer said.
