Siemens Healthcare is donating up to $1 million to Stand Up to Cancer (SU2C) for accelerated cancer research.
Siemens is leading a campaign called "The Baton Pass," which will raise funds for SU2C. The SU2C program is part of the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), a charitable organization that supports cancer research to provide patients with new therapies as quickly as possible, Siemens said.
Siemens will donate $1 to SU2C for every "pass" of the Baton -- physically and online -- up to $1 million from March 19 through September 5.
