Shimadzu Medical Systems USA has appointed Tim Stevener to the newly created position of cardiovascular business director.
Stevener comes to Shimadzu with a variety of imaging industry experience, most recently serving as interventional x-ray business manager for Philips Healthcare. He was also vice president of radiology with Infimed and previously was a radiologic technologist.
In his new role, Stevener will provide leadership and strategic direction for Shimadzu's Trinias x-ray product platform in the U.S. cardiovascular market, according to the vendor.
