Medical device firm ControlRad has made several changes to its executive team.
The company named Peter Pizzo as chief financial officer (CFO), a position he most recently held at Cartiva until the company was acquired by Wright Medical. Previously, he also was the CFO for Proxima Therapeutics and Serologicals.
Amy Lazarus has become vice president of USA operations. Lazarus began her career at GE and she proceeded to hold a variety of positions, including general manager of GE Healthcare's interventional service business. She also led GE Healthcare's global service integration initiative before joining ArchPoint Consulting as a partner and managing director.
Joe Ross is ControlRad's new vice president of marketing. He most recently served as general manager of the spine division of Zimmer Biomet. Prior to that post, Ross was vice president of global marketing for LDR Spine.
Sean Finnerty comes to the company as area vice president of sales, east. Finnerty most recently was national sales manager at Cartiva. He also held sales leadership positions with Stryker, Carticept Medical, and Integra LifeSciences.
Timothy Hein is now on board as area vice president of sales, west, after serving as vice president of sales for Paradigm Spine until the company's acquisition. He also was west area vice president of sales at LDR Spine.
