MRI quality improvement software developer Nous Imaging has hired Ken Bruener as its president and CEO.
Bruener comes to Nous after most recently serving as president of Jan Medical, a developer of cranial motion measurement technology. He has also held executive positions at Brainlab and Codman Neuro.
Prior to Bruener's appointment, co-founders Dr. Nico Dosenbach, PhD, and Damien Fair, PhD, had been running the company's daily operations, Nous said. The company has developed Framewise Integrated Real-Time MRI Monitoring (FIRMM), a biofeedback-based technique designed to help acquire better brain MR exams.
