Siemens Healthineers and University of Iowa (UI) Health Care have partnered to expand access to advanced imaging and artificial intelligence tools and enhance education and training.
The 10-year deal includes both institutions continuing to work together to improve stroke care in the state, as well as enhance operational processes by implementing the Corindus CorPath GRX for robotic-assisted vascular interventions and the syngo virtual cockpit for remote scanning assistance.
The Siemens Technologist Education Program, the PEPconnections digital learning platform, and a healthcare workforce development series also will be implemented at UI Health Care so that staff and students can continue to develop their skills.
