Women's imaging center operator Solis Mammography has acquired Progressive Radiology, an outpatient diagnostic imaging services provider in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
The deal adds multimodality medical imaging capabilities for Solis in the greater DC metropolitan area, according to the company. With the acquisition of Progressive, Solis now operates 17 imaging centers in the U.S.
