Insurance giant UnitedHealth Group has posted $92.9 billion in revenue in its second quarter (end-June 30), an increase of 16% from $80.3 billion in the same period last year.
The firm saw this growth across its businesses, including its health service company Optum and UnitedHealthcare, it said.
Optum's revenues for the period were $56.3 billion, up 25% from the previous year's $45.1 billion, while UnitedHealthcare's revenue was $70.2 billion, up 13% compared to 2022's $62.1 billion, according to the company.
