Canadian magnetoencephalography (MEG) developer VSM MedTech of Vancouver, British Columbia, has received a contract to install a MEG unit at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
The 275-channel CTF MEG system will be used for both clinical and research purposes and is scheduled to be installed in 2006. VSM and Children's Hospital will collaborate over the next two years to develop a dedicated clinical pediatric MEG system, the company said.
