Colorado MedTech to explore sale options

The board of directors for imaging technology manufacturer Colorado MedTech has retained an investment banking firm to review strategic alternatives in an effort to maximize value for its shareholders. According to the Boulder, CO-based vendor, this could include the sale of all or a part of the company, the discontinuation of certain operations, a merger, or a divestiture.
