Minnesota center buys MEG system from BTI

Magnetoencephalography developer Biomagnetic Technologies of San Diego has sold one of its new Magnes 3600 WH systems to the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Minneapolis. The hospital’s Brain Sciences Center will use the unit to conduct research into the brain's motor and cognitive functions, according to Dr. Apostolos Georgopoulos, director of the center. The center will be the first institution in the U.S. to install a Magnes 3600 WH system.
