Richard Hullihen has been promoted to vice president and general manager of radiology information services at Marconi Medical Systems, the company has announced. Hullihen, who joined Marconi 25 years ago, will move from his current position overseeing the company's PACS, teleradiology, and other image management services.
The new radiology information services business is the first step toward creating a future in healthcare information systems, according to Cleveland-based Marconi (formerly Picker International). The company's technology will focus on imaging and information systems with expanded clinical applications, said CEO and president Fred Parks.
