Venetec debuts catheter anchor

Securement device manufacturer Venetec has introduced StatLock Universal Plus, a device designed to anchor slippery, silicon-coated percutaneous drainage catheters. StatLock Universal Plus is available in three versions: small (6-8 Fr), medium (10-12 Fr), and large (12-14 Fr). The San Diego-based firm introduced the device at the annual meeting of the Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (SCVIR) held this week in San Diego.
