Imaging center chain Miracor Diagnostics is in the black. For the first time ever, the San Diego-based firm reported a profitable year.
Miracor had net revenue of $8.7 million for the year (end-December 31), up 126% from the $3.9 million reported in 1999. The company had net income of $176,000, compared with a 1999 loss of $1.3 million.
For its fourth quarter, Miracor had net revenue of $2.5 million, up 86% compared with the $1.3 million posted in the fourth quarter of 1999. Miracor had net income of $86,000, compared with a 1999 fourth-quarter loss of $80,000.
