Canadian imaging center opens filmless facility in southwest Ontario

London X-Ray Associates today opened an independent filmless radiology center in southwestern Ontario, Canada. The facility, located in London, Ontario, serves more than 100,000 patients on an annual basis. The center has installed a RIS and PACS network from Siemens Medical Solutions of Iselin, NJ, and CR units from Eastman Kodak Health Imaging of Rochester, NY. The project was made possible with funding from the Canadian Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
