Outpatient imaging center operator Trinity Health Care has acquired four California imaging centers that were previously owned by the Comprehensive Medical Imaging business unit of Cardinal Health.
The new facilities, which bring the Newport Beach, CA-based firm's number of imaging centers to nine, are located in Anaheim, Riverside, and San Bernardino. The acquisition doubles the size of the company and its revenue, Trinity said.
