Canadian private equity fund Onex of Toronto has completed the acquisition of Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) in a transaction valued at approximately $225 million Canadian ($183.9 million U.S.).
Minneapolis-based CDI operates 31 diagnostic imaging centers in nine markets in the U.S., according to Onex.
