Radiation therapy center operator Radiation Therapy Services has signed a definitive agreement to purchase five Nevada radiation treatment centers from Associated Radiation Oncologists.
The Fort Myers, FL-based firm will pay $26 million, plus a three-year contingent earn-out, for the five Clark County centers. The deal is expected to close within 30 days.
