Imaging center developer Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) has formed a joint venture with University of Texas Physicians, an affiliate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
The joint venture, called UT Imaging - Houston, was formed to develop and operate a freestanding diagnostic testing facility to provide MR, CT, and other outpatient diagnostic services to patients in the greater Houston area, according to Nashville, TN-based OIA. The radiology department of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston will provide interpretive services.
