The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) is calling on the U.S. Senate to reject Medicare imaging reimbursement cuts included in the budget reconciliation passed by the House of Representatives Monday.
The Washington, DC-based association said the cuts would pose a serious threat to patient access, and that the short-term cuts may actually increase, not decrease health costs over the long-term.
