Diagnostic imaging company Diagnostic Health (DHC) of Birmingham, AL, has appointed a new senior vice president and general counsel, the company said.
Lucy Hicks will coordinate DHC's legal affairs. Her most recent post was as senior vice president and deputy general counsel for HealthSouth of Birmingham, AL. Prior to joining HealthSouth, she served as legal counsel to the University of Alabama System for its operating division and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), as well as to the director of the UAB Research Foundation. She has also served as vice president of legal services for Caremark Rx, formerly MedPartners.
