Capitol Health to buy Australian imaging centers

West Australian-based healthcare company Capitol Health will acquire two independent radiology groups in Melbourne for $7.99 million Australian ($7 million U.S.) in cash and shares.

The acquisition of Bell Imaging and South East Medical Imaging would increase the number of Capitol's radiology clinics in the state of Victoria to 21, and more than double the company's annual revenue to $30 million Australian ($26.4 million U.S.).
