DMS Health Technologies of Fargo, ND, has named Steven Richter as executive vice president of sales, a position that includes DMS Imaging, DMS Health Technologies, and Topline Medical.
Richter most recently served as CT modality manager at Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, CA.
At DMS, Richter will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy across DMS Health Group.
