Imaging services provider InSight Health Services of Lake Forest, CA, has inked an agreement to acquire two imaging centers in the Boston area, the company announced.
InSight will buy the two centers from Medical Resources for $8.1 million in cash. The two centers generated $5.6 million in annual revenues, InSight said. One center provides MRI exams exclusively, while the other center is a multimodality facility.
The deal is expected to close in April.
