Imaging services provider RadNet has completed its purchase of nine New Jersey imaging centers from Medical Resources.
The Los Angeles-based firm paid $2.1 million for the centers. Simultaneously, RadNet sold South Jersey MRI, the only acquired facility located in southern New Jersey, for $650,000 to Tristate Imaging. Some legacy image management systems were also included in that deal.
Also, RadNet said will sell a building it acquired in Union, NJ, as part of the purchase.
