Imaging center developer Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) has acquired seven outpatient imaging centers from Diagnostic Health in Tennessee, Alabama, and Colorado. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
OIA is also developing a new center in Virginia as a part of its University of Virginia Health System joint venture and a new location in North Carolina alongside Raleigh Radiology.
