Investment firm the Cranemere Group has taken majority ownership of imaging center operator Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA).
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but members of OIA's management team are retaining a "meaningful" ownership stake in the company, according to the companies.
Headquartered in Nashville, TN, and founded in 2000, OIA operates 56 imaging centers across 18 markets in the U.S.
