IMP merges with Barrington Lakes

Imaging company Integrated Medical Partners (IMP) has merged with physician-group practice management and consulting firm Barrington Lakes Group.

In addition to continuing in his current role as Barrington Lakes Group managing partner, Douglas Smith will join IMP's leadership team as senior executive vice president of strategic initiatives.
