Platinum Equity on March 1 completed its acquisition of DMS Health Technologies from investment firm Otter Tail. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
DMS Health Technologies provides mobile, interim, and fixed-site imaging services to hospitals, clinics, and other medical providers, including MRI, CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, and digital mammography.
The company also sells and services Philips Healthcare's imaging and monitoring equipment in the upper Midwest region and sells and rents refurbished medical equipment.
