Alliance HealthCare Services posted slight revenue increases in its first quarter of 2012 (end-March 31) but also saw its net loss increase.
Revenue for the first quarter was $120.8 million, up 2% compared to $118.4 million in the first quarter of 2011, the company said. Net loss totaled $4.8 million in the first quarter of 2012, compared with $2.4 million in the same period last year.
