Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) has acquired two more imaging facilities in Massachusetts.
CDI said it purchased the MRI Centers of New England located in Springfield and East Longmeadow. The transaction follows the acquisition last summer of the MRI Centers of New England in Woburn and Peabody.
CDI provides outpatient imaging services and currently owns and/or manages centers in 23 states, the company said.
