National medical group Mednax has acquired Radiology Alliance and Infinity Management in Nashville, TN.
The first onsite radiology group to join Mednax, Radiology Alliance provides imaging services to nine TriStar Health system hospitals in middle Tennessee, as well as to hospitals in southern Kentucky and many other treatment and outpatient imaging services, according to the company. The practice is comprised of 64 physicians and six clinical support staff.
Infinity Management is a medical management platform that offers a variety of services to Radiology Alliance and other radiology practices in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Mednax also owns teleradiology firm Virtual Radiologic (vRad).
