NewVue is unveiling its updated Radiologist Cockpit, a unified desktop that brings together the worklist, clinical context, AI insights, and reporting tools into PACS viewers.
The new version includes expanded clinical summaries, prior-report comparisons, and new workflow enhancements. It is driven by a single curated worklist for each radiologist that takes credentials, subspecialty, schedules, urgency, preferences, fairness, and local policies into account.
From there, Cockpit assembles a view of the patient and the study for the radiologist, summarizing relevant prior radiology reports and highlighting longitudinal changes. It also distills available electronic health record history into a clinical snapshot and includes third-party AI findings.
Sites can connect multiple PACS and reporting applications into one orchestration layer, present a unified Cockpit to radiologists wherever they read, and add new hospitals, modalities, and AI tools over time without rearchitecting the stack, the company said.
