St. Paul Radiology in St. Paul, MN, and Suburban Radiologic Consultants in Minneapolis have agreed to merge their professional organizations, effective April 1.
The combined radiology practice will operate as Midwest Radiology. The groups noted, though, that only the professional components from each practice will be merged. All interpretations and procedures performed by radiologists will be provided under the new Midwest Radiology brand, while outpatient imaging services will continue to be delivered at 10 imaging center locations in the Twin Cities under their current brand names, Suburban Imaging and St. Paul Radiology.
