The American College of Radiology's (ACR) Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) has created the RLI Common Body of Knowledge to provide instruction in leadership areas.
The RLI's development and leadership academy will include topics such as the following:
- Finance and economics
- Ethics and professionalism
- Legal and regulatory
- Strategic planning
- Practice management
- Professional development
- Service, quality, and safety
Each level of instruction will focus on practice management, professional development, and legal and regulatory issues.
The institute's inaugural event is being held July 12-15, 2012, at Northwestern University's Evanston, IL, campus.
