Private equity firm Frazier Healthcare Partners in Seattle has completed the acquisition of DirectMed Imaging, a provider of aftermarket parts and component repairs for diagnostic imaging equipment.
DirectMed Imaging repairs, supports, and sells GE HealthCare, Siemens, Philips, and Canon/Toshiba MRI, CT, and x-ray parts to healthcare networks, imaging centers, and independent service organizations around the world, Frazier said. It also owns LBN Medical ApS, based in Aalborg, Denmark, a reseller of aftermarket medical imaging equipment and parts, and ScanMed, a provider of MRI coil design, manufacturing, and repair.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
