Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, has won a $135 million contract from the University of Pennsylvania for its integrated service management package.
Over the next seven years, Siemens will provide the University of Pennsylvania Health System with service for its diagnostic systems, including MR, CT, and ultrasound scanners, as well as biomedical devices such as laboratory systems, surveillance monitors, and anesthesia units.
The contract is a continuous extension of a preceding eight-year service agreement between Siemens and the university, the company said.
